The Statement of Finances form helps Kuyper College see the financial resources available to you for your education. Domestic students must complete a similar process in order to apply for aid. Strict United States immigration laws require that you prove you are able to pay all of your tuition and living expenses during your time here.
Purpose of Statement of Finances:
If you are under age 24 and unmarried, the United States government considers you a dependent. Please fill out the following:
Complete the following information about the people you or your parent(s) will support in the upcoming school year. Include your parent(s) dependent children and other people if they live in your home and receive more than half of their support from you or your parents.
Please not that Kuyper does not have provisions for international students to bring their families.
Section B requires complete documentation. Documentation can come in the form of bank statements, paystubs, letters of support, etc. Section B does not need to be filled out entirely. If you have no sponsors just leave this part blank.
Section C requires complete documentation. Documentation can come in the form of bank statements, paystubs, letters of support, etc.
I/we declare that the information on this form is true, correct, and complete. I/we shall notify Kuyper College of any changes in financial support. The institution has my/our permission to verify the information reported. I understand that any misrepresentation may be cause for refusing or revoking acceptance to the college.
