Statement of Finances Form

The Statement of Finances form helps Kuyper College see the financial resources available to you for your education. Domestic students must complete a similar process in order to apply for aid. Strict United States immigration laws require that you prove you are able to pay all of your tuition and living expenses during your time here.

Purpose of Statement of Finances:

  • This Statement of Finances form must be completed in order to show your financial resources. We do not award aid to students until this sheet is completed, and we do not issue I-20s until the sheet is updated.
  • The Statement of Finances form must be sent to the Admissions Office with additional documentation attached for item outlined in Section C. This includes letters of support, bank statements, and similar documents. Send these in English and in U.S. Dollars.
  • International students who are offered admission will be sent a financial aid award letter. If you choose to enroll at Kuyper, you must send an enrollment deposit of $2,000 to Kuyper College by June 15 for International Ambassador Program participants and by July 1 for Regular Consideration international students. After this is received, Kuyper College will issue an I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility)
  • In the event a student has paid their deposit, but is unable to attend for any reason, a refund will be given minus any expenses incurred by Kuyper College on behalf of the student.
  • The college sends all students an official bill showing actual final costs for their first semester on campus. Any additional charges on the invoice not covered by the enrollment deposit must be paid by the due date on the invoice. You will be unable to return to or attend school if your bill is not paid or you have not set up a payment plan with the business office. Without a payment plan, the bill must be paid by the first day of classes each semester. It is the student;s responsibility to pay their school bills by the due dates. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your visa.
  • Immigration officials will expect you to have proof of sufficient financial resources to cover all of your expenses.
